Product Information

AAKAR makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, colours, images, measurements and other information displayed on the Website are accurate.

Slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, craftsmanship or appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings and the artisanal nature of certain products.

Product Availability

Products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. AAKAR reserves the right to discontinue, modify or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

Pricing

Product prices are displayed on the Website in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified.

AAKAR reserves the right to change product prices, offers, discounts and promotional terms at any time.

Orders

When placing an order, you agree that the information provided by you is complete and accurate.

An order confirmation will be sent after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

AAKAR reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in situations including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or operational limitations.

Payments

Payments may be processed through payment methods and payment service providers made available during checkout.

Payment confirmation is required before an order can be processed for dispatch, except where Cash on Delivery is specifically available.

Cash on Delivery

COD handling charge: ₹99
COD availability may vary depending on delivery location, order value, product and courier serviceability.

AAKAR reserves the right to restrict COD availability for certain locations, products, order values or customers where necessary.

Shipping

Estimated Delivery

10–12 business days from order confirmation.

AAKAR currently ships across India. International shipping is not currently available.

Free shipping is available on domestic orders above ₹1,999. Orders below ₹1,999 may attract a flat shipping charge of ₹99.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of public holidays, weekends, weather conditions, courier delays, remote locations, transportation delays, government restrictions or circumstances beyond AAKAR's reasonable control.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order and before the order enters production or dispatch.

Once production or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible, particularly for customized or made-to-order products.

Returns

Return / exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges

Exchanges are primarily accepted for size or fit issues, subject to eligibility and availability.

Once an item has been exchanged, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Customized / Made-to-Order Products

Customized products, including customized measurements, colours, silhouettes and other customer-specific requirements, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exception

If a customized product is received damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error by AAKAR, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, product images, videos and other materials, belongs to AAKAR or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
